Right of withdrawal / Return of personalised items

All products offered in our shop are individually manufactured and personalised according to customer specifications.
For this reason, there is no right of withdrawal or return in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code) for personalised items.

Returns or exchanges are therefore excluded.

Exception: Damaged or faulty items

If an item is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.

In this case, we will examine the facts and find a solution together (e.g. replacement or refund).
